Patrick Slotman, DPT
Patrick is responsible for leading Ripple HLTH assessments and clinical service delivery. Prior to co-founding Ripple HLTH, Patrick served as the Vice President of Consulting Services for a national therapy brand.
Throughout his career as a licensed physical therapist, Patrick has held a multitude of clinical and senior leadership roles including Staff Therapist, Clinic Director, Group Director, Senior Regional Director, VP of Operations and VP of Integrations. Patrick is a clinician by training and a proven operator at scale.

Results-Driven Leadership
Patrick has led engagements with critical access hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, independent acute care hospitals, multi-hospital health systems, physician-owned specialty practices, and therapist-owned private practices. Patrick has extensive experience managing rehab joint ventures, managed service agreements, and pure play consulting contracts. He’s consistently led underperforming outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy service lines to sustainable profitability through the alignment of clinical actions and financial outcomes.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Grand Valley State University. In his free time Patrick loves to travel with his wife, play golf, downhill ski, and explore everything the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer.
Kelly Bucci
Co-Founder & CTO
Kelly is responsible for most of the non-clinical functions at Ripple HLTH. Serving as the companies Chief Technology Officer, she oversees the team of data analysts and developers that manage Ripple’s proprietary software platform, Streamline. Before co-founding Ripple HLTH, Kelly served as Vice President at a hospital revenue cycle consulting firm, and Principal of Eris, a company that specialized in hospital charge capture software solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management, Kelly has refined her expertise in comprehensive and compliant charge capture, CDM analysis, strategic pricing, and provider reimbursement. She has designed and managed numerous software solutions for hospitals, professional providers, and payers. Kelly is a credentialed Registered Health Information Technologist and an Integrative Health Coach. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and cooking.
